You have the right within 7 working days of delivery of goods to return the package in order to exchange it or to get a refund.

No questions asked. During that delay, the guaranty of the package is full.
Here are the clauses that will apply for a returned product that you paid :

- The product is returned within 7 working days because you were not satisfied : you will get a refund but the carriage costs for sending the goods will be your responsibility.
- The product is returned and the reason lies with Authentic Macrame Lace : the product is exchange with a coupon (price of return shipping).

For macrame lace curtains, condition "Satisfied or money back" is applied until 160 USD to allow a trial order.

Short width of curtain (under 16.8 inches), sheer curtains and tied back curtains are all handmade and custom for each buyer, we regrettably are unable to accept returns. Therefore, please measure your windows according to our Sheer Curtain Measuring Guide to insure you are ordering the correct size and feel free to contact us for more informations.

A reimbursement will be send by cheque in a maximum of 15 days after we receive the products. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
